Welsh Landscape — R S Thomas

I attended a poetry reading by R S Thomas in Cardiff many years ago. Although he had just turned 80 the fire of nationalism and spirituality was still burning strong. The poem Welsh Landscape is normally analogous with rural life however the poem also manifests itself in an urban setting as the following photographs demonstrate. All photographs were taken in Cardiff.
